Comments: 1st appt with Dr. Alexander . There was very short wait times to be seen by the Dr. Once I was in the room, it was literal moments before he came in. He had such an amazing personality, which instantly made me feel at ease and relaxed. He was attentive and aware of my reason for being there. He offered me my options along with his recommendation for next course of action and did such in a way I clearly understood. After the opted treatment was completed, he again was clear abt my next steps and follow up. Highly recommend both Dr. Alexander and the The Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and Hand Center at Mercy.
